Background

Sprint requested a dimensional mailer that its sales reps could send to business clients who might be tempted to switch carriers.

Challenge

We needed something that stood out in the clutter of mail, was memorable and that highlighted the personalized, bend-over-backward customer service of Sprint's reps.

Solution

We sourced a bendable figure with magnetic feet and put it in a small cardboard tube with a mini-brochure. The brochure was made small enough to be held by the figure, and messaging on the tube let the recipient know that something special was inside.

The mailer was a huge hit with reps and customers, and helped retain business.
